By using our website or booking our services, you agree to these Terms &amp; Services.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We offer a range of services, including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Electrical maintenance<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Power upgrades and new connections<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Generator connection and disconnection<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Civil works for cable installation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Overhead to underground conversions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Overhead sleeve installation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fault response and repair<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Other electrical or civil services as agreed<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All services are carried out by qualified personnel in accordance with NZ electrical and safety standards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">QUOTES AND PRICING<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>All quotes provided are valid for\u00a0<strong>30 days<\/strong>, unless stated otherwise.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prices may change if the scope of work increases or if additional materials\/labour are required.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Any variations will be discussed and approved before work continues<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Payments<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Invoices are due\u00a0<strong>7 to 14 days<\/strong>\u00a0after the invoice date (or as agreed in writing).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Late payments may incur a\u00a0<strong>late fee<\/strong>\u00a0or interest charge.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We reserve the right to stop work or withhold completion certificates until outstanding invoices are paid.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Cancellations &amp; Rescheduling<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least\u00a0<strong>24\u201348 hours<\/strong>\u00a0before the scheduled work.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Short-notice cancellations may incur a call-out or cancellation fee.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Liability<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>We are not liable for delays caused by weather, suppliers, utility providers, or factors outside our control.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We are not responsible for losses resulting from power outages, equipment failure, or client-provided materials.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>LME Power Ltd provides electrical, civil, and power-related services.
